The research originality is the use of organizational commitment variable as mediation and object in transportation start-up companies that have not been studied before. objective this was to examine mediating role between job involvement citizenship behavior (OCB). This used develop knowledge about human resource management with partner status. partial least square structural equation modeling technique test quantitative data hypotheses. result does mediate effect on behavior. Furthermore, has a significant positive OCB. study also provides practical implication employees who high do make them work extra because status partners very different, so further discussion needed.How Cite:Siswanto., & Masyhuri.
